 1. General 
a. Serious buyers only.
b. First come first serve basis.
c. Price stated is non-negotiated. 
d. Price shown is not including delivery charges, unless stated at the respective item details. e. We are currently deliver within Malaysia only.

2. Placing Order
a. Please submit your order via Order Form.
b. We will check the availability of the desired item(s).
c. Booking is permissible for 3 consecutive days.
d. If the desired item(s) is booked, we will put you in the waiting list. You will be informed if the booking item(s) is released. 

3. Payment
a. Payment can be made via CIMB Bank, Bank Islam or Maybank.
b. Account number will be revealed upon responding to your order form.
c. Payment must be completed within 3 consecutive days after receiving confirmation of order. Failure to do so will result in termination of booking.
d. No cancellation after completing payment. 

4. Shipping
a. Shipping is via Pos Malaysia Berhad (PosLaju) courier service.
b. Shipping is on every Tuesday and Thursday (except public holiday).
c. Item(s) will be packed appropriately before shipping. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damages incurred during delivery.
d. We provide tracking number through email once shipped.  

5. Return and Exchange Policy 
a. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in unworn, unwashed and unaltered conditions.
b. Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date we deliver to you.
c. Refund is allowed for 95% of purchase price only.
d. No refund for shipping charge.
e. If you are interested to change your purchase to another item, you are welcomed to do so. However, return and redelivery charges are borne by you.

 (Pre-order items are items which are ready in supplier's store, but not in our store. We will order for you!)

1. Please order only if you are willing to wait for the delivery.
2. Closing date is on every 14th and 28th of the month.
3. Order and Payment must be in by the 14th or 28th of the month. Orders without any payment will be automatically cancelled.
4. Item(s) will arrive about 1 week after the closing date.
5.  Statements under We Care for You: Ready Stock Item(s) are also applied.
